International webinar on "Psychology of a Smile Design"

An International webinar on "Psychology of a Smile Design" was organized by the Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge on Wednesday 28th August 2024. The external resource person of the program was Dr. Ritul Agarwal (BDS, MDS, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh).

During this session attended on the Google Meet platform by the respected Management, Acting Principal, Vice Principal, Dean PG and Dean UG studies, Heads, Faculties of various departments, undergraduates, interns, and postgraduates, Dr Ritul gave insights about smile designing in budget and timeline. He also shared his knowledge about the considerations before the smile designing procedure and his overall work and experience of 12 years in this field.

The program was concluded by Dr. Devendra Chopra, Prof and Head of the department by a quotation, “Smile, it is the key that fits the lock of everybody’s heart.” A smile is often the first thing that people notice & it is amazing how a confident smile can be re-created and can light up a person's room who lost his natural smile, he said. A vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Sumit Misra, Reader Department of Prosthodontics, who successfully coordinated this program.
