NATIONAL ORTHODONTIST DAY
Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics celebrated
National orthodontist day on 5th of October,2024 to raise awareness
about the benefits of orthodontic treatment. All the faculty members of the Department
and the post graduate students joined in the celebration.
For the occasion, the Department of orthodontics had organized Dental check-up camp, Swachhta Abhiyan and an awareness talks on ‘Beautiful Smile’ at Sri Ram Swaroop University, Lucknow for the Faculty, students and staffs of Sri Ram Swaroop University, Lucknow.
The program was followed by Tree plantation drive where faculty and post graduate students, planted saplings to promote environmental awareness. Non-teaching of the department was presented gifts as a token of appreciation for their valuable support to the department. The day was successfully concluded with an orientation lecture delivered to the interns on the topic “post-graduation in orthodontics”.
