An unseen, unheard virus has shown how vulnerable we are. Covid 19 virus has brought along with it fear, anxiety, uncertainty, stress and such emotions which were always difficult to conquer. Social distancing and isolation has added to our woes. Bereavement, loss of our near and dear ones, financial problems, no jobs, entertainment industry, hospitality and tourism industry, education and the list continues, have taken a severe toll on our mental health.
Self care is how we take our power back. Positive thoughts, physical activities, keeping ourselves busy and above all helping others in whatever little way we can to cope up with Covid 19. The most important way to get our mental state in right place is to avoid rumors and misinformation.
