OVERDENTURE

When there are multiple attrited or compromised teeth and rest of the arch is edentulous, patients can wear dentures without sacrificing their natural teeth. The remaining teeth are endodontically treated and with or without metal copings can still  serve  for the better grip and support  removable prosthesis. The teeth thus saved have proprioceptive root surfaces and in the long run preserve the invaluable alveolar bone, which can prolong their successful denture wearing span, so don’t extract few remaining  teeth. They can add unbelievably to your denture’s success.
