Ikigai is the philosophy of how Japanese people lived, I believe this was their reason for happiness and longevity. It’s the Japanese concept which tries to explain us our ‘reason for being’.

How to find your Ikigai
Step 1: Answer the Following questions to yourself:
o What you love?
o What is your Passion?
o What is your mission/goal?
o What are you good at?
o What does the world need right now?
o What can be your vocation?
o What can be your profession?
o What can you earn/be rewarded for?
Step 2: Research:
Brainstorm career choices which fit at least some of the above-mentioned questions.
