Currently, its trending to work on self-improvement. Hundreds of self-improvement courses, books, articles and trainers are available in this everchanging world. Connecting to our inner-self is the only way to myself. Four ways to Knowing Myself for Improving Myself are
1. ध्यान (Medication): Carve out time for communion with inner-self. Out of 86400 seconds, spend few seconds for consciences-ness.
2. ज्ञान (Knowledge): Know own strength and limitations both physical as well as emotional is important. Self-SWOC (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Challenges) analysis is required.
3. आत्मविश्लेषण (Introspect): Always give time to introspect one’s deeds daily and set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-Bound) goals.
4. आत्मसमुन्निति (Self-improvement): Work on Constant Self-Improvement. Consistent effort for self-improvement is the key.
