The Saraswati Group of Educational Institutes was established in the year 1996 by Late Col. (Dr.) T.S. Mathur. It was his vision to establish medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh that matched the international standards with highly qualified teachers and the latest equipment in the dentistry field. Under his aegis, the institute grew into a formidable college for dentistry whose alumni went on to set up their own practices, work with the government, international NGOs, and the army, navy, and air force. The Group has about 1500 enrolled students and over 3500 alumni. SDC has a Medical College with a 650-bed hospital, a Dental College with a 120 Bed hospital, and a Nursing College. SDC has a gamut of extracurricular and co-curricular activities to promote social interactions among the students and staff. We have the annual day celebration, and we celebrate every festival with great gusto as students and professors work closely to create unique themes and activities. We invite notable personalities in different fields for many events and facilitate opportunities for interaction and to learn from their success stories. Through the various social activities, we plan around the year, our constant endeavour is to promote an opportunity to collaborate and learn about one’s colleagues and explore one’s talents. It is an opportunity to showcase one’s fun side and contribute to Saraswati Dental College’s thriving academic and social life.
