A 29years male patient reported to the Department of Periodontology, Saraswati Dental College with the chief complain of missing teeth with a history of road traffic accident. The CBCT scans were obtained and treatment planning was done. Treatment started with scaling and root planning followed by extraction of supernumerary tooth irt 12. This was followed by ridge augmentation using Bio-OSS bone graft and ColoGide sterile collage sheet. Sutures were placed and patient was kept under follow up.
