This 74-year-old lady first reported to the department of prosthodontics to get her broken dentures repaired during the covid pandemic 2020. But the dentures being beyond the scope of repair, she was advised to get a new set of teeth made. Initial apprehension to multiple visits during the pandemic turned into overzealous appreciation when she finally received the prosthesis. She further appreciated the college for maintaining strict protocols for the safety of patients during the pandemic.
