A 50 years old male patient reported to the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology with a chief complaint of swelling in the right lower back region of jaw since 2 months. It was diagnosed as carcinoma in right buccal vestibule and a differential diagnosis of Chronic Non-healing Ulcer was given. The final diagnosis came out to be Moderately Differentiated Squamous Cell Carcinoma as per histopathological analysis.
