A 17 years old male patient reported to the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology with a chief complaint of swelling in the left uper back region of jaw since 2 months. It was diagnosed as Fibrous Dysplasia in left maxillary vestibule and a differential diagnosis of Gingival Fibromatosis was given and the final diagnosis came out to be Fibrous Dysplasia as per radiological and histopthological analysis.
