A 67 year old male patient staying in Anora Kala, Barabanki, reported to the Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge, SDC&H, Lucknow. His chief complaint was completely missing teeth in both upper and lower region of jaw since 8 years. On examining the past dental history, the patient informed that he was already a complete denture wearer for last 8 years. Also the denture which the patient was wearing since then broke. On examining intraorally there were presence of flabby tissues in both maxillary and mandibular region of jaw.

Treatment Plan: Fabrication of complete denture using window technique for maxillary arch and impression with medium bodied impression material for mandibular arch followed by jaw relation and facebow transfer.
