A 52 years old female patient reported to the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology with a chief complaint of pain in the left lower back region of jaw since 1 month. It was diagnosed as malignancy in the left buccal vestibule and a differential diagnosis of Chronic Non-healing Ulcer was given. The final diagnosis came out to be Well Differentiated Squamous Cell Carcinoma as per histopathological analysis.
